Module 1: Wing Chun Theory (Here is an example video)
43 lessons (33 video lessons & 10 text lessons)
It doesn't work without a certain background understanding. And that's why we provide you in our member area with a variety of details about the concepts and principles in Wing Chun.
Module 2: Basic training (Here is an example video)
67 lessons (64 video lessons & 3 text lessons)
The basics are most important in any martial art. Of course, this also applies to Wing Chun. We therefore provide you with important exercises for step work, but also for attack and defense techniques and simultaneities.
Because you can only learn really good Wing Chun if the basics are right.
Module 3: Siu Nim Tao (Here is an example video)
60 lessons (56 video lessons & 4 text lessons)
The Siu Nim Tao is the first form in Wing Chun and is therefore also one of the basics that one should definitely master.
But we don't just show you the sequence of the form - we also show you many details that you should pay attention to when executing. And we also provide you with additional exercises for this.
Module 4: Foray into the unarmed Wing Chun system
29 lessons (28 video lessons & 1 text lesson)
This module is used to get a quick overview of the entire unarmed Wing Chun system.
Here we show you excerpts from all unarmed forms, as well as from the respective Chi-Sao and Lat-Sao programs.
Module 5: Self-defense with Wing Chun (Here is an example video)
55 lessons (53 video lessons & 2 text lessons)
Wing Chun is of course also great for self-defense - at least if you know how to use it for this.
Above all, you will learn how to use Wing Chun in ritual combat, duel combat and in an attack.
Module 6: Cham Kiu (Here is an example video)
20 lessons (19 video lessons, 1 text lesson)
The Cham Kiu is traditionally the second form that one learns and now also includes turns, steps and kicks.
As with the Siu Nim Tao, we not only show you the process, but also many details that you can pay attention to when learning this form.
Module 7: Biu Tze (Here is an example video)
38 lessons (36 video lessons & 2 text lesson)
The Biu Tze is already a very advanced and at the same time very difficult to learn form in Wing Chun.
But don't worry: we will show you step by step all movements, angles and end positions. And we also give you a lot of tips on how to train the Biu Tze.
Module 8: Chi Sao (Here is an example video)
47 lessons (47 video lessons)
It is said that the Chi Sao is the soul of Wing Chun. Accordingly, it is also very important - especially for advanced users.
We are of course taking this into account and will publish many lessons on the subject. So that you can develop really good skills with us and learn Wing Chun thoroughly 🙂
Module 9: Lat Sao (Here is an example video)
39 lessons (39 video lessons)
But Chi Sao alone is not enough. You must also be able to use these skills in free combat.
And how you can learn this step by step, we will show you in this module - starting with the Pak-Sao cycle up to advanced exercises.
Module 10: Solo training with aids (Here is an example video)
25 lessons (25 video lessons)
In Wing Chun you can also practice many things on your own. Especially when you have aids such as wall bags, punching bags and wooden dolls available.
In this module you will learn how you can best use aids for your solo training.
Module 11: Further tactile and optical training (Here is an example video)
48 lessons (47 video lessons & 1 text lesson)
In a martial art like Wing Chun, not only optical but also tactile reflexes play a major role. To develop all of this, however, you have more options than classic Chi Sao and Lat Sao training.
In this module, I will gradually tell you what other options you have to train optical and tactile reflexes.
Module 12: punch pad and pad training (Here is an example video)
20 lessons (20 video lessons)
Every good martial artist has a fair amount of clout. And chi-sao and lat-sao skills or not: Even a good Wing Chun practitioner should train his clout.
Exactly for this reason there is a separate module, where we always introduce new exercises, all of which should improve your clout.
Module 13: Further "forms" in Wing Chun (Here is an example video)
24 lessons (24 video lessons)
In addition to the traditional forms in Wing Chun such as Siu Nim Tao, Cham Kiu and Biu Tze, there are also others that are less well known. These are the Kuen To box shape and the tripod shape.
In addition, in this module I will show you a self-designed step shape that trains all the important steps you need in Wing Chun.
Module 14: Chi Sao Sections (Cham Kiu) (Here is an example video)
216 lessons (216 video lessons)
The Chi Sao sections are a great way to learn the entire range of movements in Wing Chun with all angles and directions of pressure, etc.
In this module we dedicate ourselves to the seven “basic sections”. We'll look at the Biu Tze and wooden doll sections in separate modules.
Module 15: Defense against cutting and stabbing weapons (Here is an example video)
35 lessons (34 video lessons & 1 text lesson)
Defense against cut and stab weapons is perhaps the most difficult of all. And that's why we dedicate a separate module to this topic.
You will first learn the basic handling of the weapon, before we show you applications, exercises and drills from Wing Chun in order to be able to successfully ward off weapon attacks.
Module 16: (Anti) ground combat * (Here is an example video)
31 lessons (31 video lessons)
Unfortunately, it can happen that we unintentionally land on the ground and have to defend ourselves there. If so, you definitely need some basic ground fighting skills.
You will also learn how to prevent landing on the ground. And we'll also show you how to get back up quickly.
Module 17: Fighting Multiple Attackers *
14 lessons (14 video lessons)
Defending yourself against multiple attackers is one of the most difficult tasks in self-defense.
For this reason we dedicate a separate module to this topic. Here we not only show you individual techniques, but above all important strategies to be able to survive in the fight against several attackers.
Module 18: Lever Techniques and Gentle Means * (Here is an example video)
13 lessons (12 video lessons, 1 text lesson)
Often one wants to avoid violence in self-defense and not injure the aggressor. This is where lever and control techniques come into play.
But for lever techniques to work, you have to train them thoroughly. You can find out how to train them in this module.
Module 19: Biu Tze Sections * (Here is an example video)
48 lessons (48 video lessons)
We are already in a very advanced program here. Now we are using the Biu Tze Form together with a training partner.
There are a total of four Biu Tze sections, which I will introduce here one by one.
Module 20: Chi Gerk *
19 lessons (19 video lessons)
In Chi Gerk you build tactile responsiveness in your legs. You learn to sense directions of pressure and to recognize the intentions of your opponent at an early stage.
The Chi Gerk is therefore the counterpart to the Chi Sao in Wing Chun - the feeling training with the arms.
Module 21: Muk Yan Chong / wooden doll shape *
39 lessons (39 video lessons)
The wooden doll shape (in Chinese: Muk Yan Chong) is the fourth and last unarmed shape in Wing Chun. In most associations it is taught in the third technician program at the earliest.
But you can learn the wooden doll shape earlier. However, it is recommended that you already have a good command of the first three forms.
Module 22: Preliminary exercises for long stick and double knife *
14 lessons (14 video lessons)
Before we start with the training of the forms and with the partner training, we should first deal with some basics.
Above all, it is about step work and strengthening tendons and joints.
Module 23: Chi Sao Sections Wooden Dummy *
22 lessons (22 video lessons)
As with the Cham Kiu and the Biu Tze, there are also Chi Sao sections to train with the wooden doll.
The special thing about the wooden doll is that there is a corresponding Chi Sao section for each set of the shape.
... plus further lessons for orientation and training structure ...
* You have access to the modules marked with * after 30 days of membership.

Who is behind it?
Hello! My name is Martin Grünstäudl and I am mainly responsible for the content in our member areas for Wing Chun and Eskrima.
I have had Wing Chun for over 10 years in the EWTO led by Grand Master Keith Kernspecht (= European Wing Tsun Organization, the largest Wing Chun Association in Europe) learned and continue to learn this fascinating martial art from high-ranking masters since 2016.
And of course I have been training Eskrima and Kali for some time and I practice Wing Chun and Eskrima almost every day at home - be it alone or with my students or training partners. I usually train Wing Chun and Eskrima for between 10 and 15 hours a week (and I also do other martial arts from time to time). Because as the saying goes: standing still is going backwards 🙂
